Adalékok Kuncz Ödön kartelljoggal kapcsolatos munkásságához

Absztrakt

Ödön Kuncz was a distinguished researcher and lecturer in the field of commercial law, both at home and abroad. The aim of this paper is to present the works of Ödön Kuncz on a lesser known and less researched topic of his work, namely cartel law, which I will analyse in chronological order. Ödön Kuncz was involved not only in the codification of Act XX of 1931 (the first Hungarian Cartel Act), but also in the work of the Cartel Committee after the Act came into force. I do not intend to present Ödön Kuncz's professional career in its entirety in detail, but will only cover the period of his work that was related to cartel law, i.e. the codification and practice of our cartel law.
