Absztrakt

Age of Big Data is just arriving - but I see the next era knocking on the door: the „Big Knowledge". It will mean big change in the whole economy, also in leadership. It will mean a lot of till now unknown new work and learning in the whole life - why to open the door for it...? Working as systems researcher, advisor, teacher, I meet the problem daily: the enormous amount of knowledge about operation of real complex systems is still not known, not used in socioeconomic systems, entities. There are sometimes large mistakes, causing errors and inefficiency in processes, projects. These discrepancies could be avoided, if system science is more involved. Demonstrating it, and to help to convince leaders regarding necessity of the above mentioned knowledge - I indicate in my paper three main common misapprehensions of participants and leaders in economy, regarding communication in real complex systems, like their companies are as well. These are: "the communication is mutual exchange of information", "the information is an effect or an influence", and "the information can be received and can be given". I demonstrate the unexpected facts versus the average belief and the correct interpretations with short explanations.
