Absztrakt

More factors influance the success of changes. The change management literature stresses the importance of avoiding resistance, and the application of change management process as a system. The basis of this approach are those leadership competencies, which essentially determine the efficiency of the change management execution. This paper was conducted to investigate how the leaders evaluate the importance of competencies and change management tasks what they are involved and responsible for. On other hand they had to evaluate themself how they are strong in these competencies. The relationship to the organisational culture and leadership style was also investigated.
