Absztrakt

In the framework of 'The impact of human capital quality on the social and economic cohesion in the border area' HURO project 111 companies were interviewed about their human capital. In this paper I weighted the sample to be representative for sectors (119 companies), and I make statistical analysis of the correlation between cohesion, loyalty and employee's performance. The focus of the study is the trainings and the team building possibilities of the companies. The starting point of the study is the effect of trainings and the synergy of the effective teamwork. I assume more trainings create better performance and more teambuilding experiences cause better relationships between employees and it helps to improve performance.
