Absztrakt

In this study we present the most commonly used definitions of organization and determine the role and the importance of organization development in the the XXI. century’s management process. In this area, we conducting independent research and advisory services. We describe in detail methods and results on the basis of these experiences.. In addition to the described 7 method, depending on the purpose of the study other procedures can be used, too. As the presentation clears up, we do not use all of the methods, we pay attention to the caracteristics and parameters of the organization and then choose the right one. . It is important for us to give useful advices to the examined organization. We pay attention to give advices wich are are in line with the objectives of the organization and improve both their effectiveness and efficiency in an appropriate manner. The tey to achive this the importance of choosing the right methods and adapt them as an organization-specific practice.
