Absztrakt

The statistical process control (SPC) is a widely used method of quality control. The most important tolls of SPC are the control charts, whit them we can determine, that the process shifts are results of systematic effects, or stem from random effects. In the course of the application of this control charts, the accuracy of the measure is a very important factor, because the measurement uncertainty can rise the number of the type I and type II errors, that means financial risk for the manufacturer company. In this paper we present a designing method for a control chart with variable sample size with the consideration of the measurement uncertainty. We will prove the applicability of the method by the help of an example from the automotive industry.
