Absztrakt

Implement of appropriate post-disaster response and mitigation is a significant challenge in the new millennium. In my PhD study I research about methodological issues of an evaluation system for post-flood-disasters mitigation where I investigate the post-flooddisaster reconstruction and recovery projects involving their potential impacts of rural development in rural regions, too. It is important to study the international literature to fill the gap which comes by the insufficient national literature. Post-flood-disaster reconstruction process is a greatly complex area with numerous economic, environmental and sociological impacts. This paper performed content analysis from international literature. International literature can inform about, is there any best practices or theoretical methodology, and what kind of databases could be accessible for researchers; furthermore we can conclude adaptable elements for national procedures and connection points to the process concept.
