Absztrakt

The role of business networks in management is a central research question for
quite some time. According to experts, the intellectual capital is the unity of its
three components: human, structural and social capital. The three capitals express
in unison the knowledge of the organization in the wider sense. In the case of
business relations and networks the most important factor from the management's
point of view is transforming human capital into structural capital, and structural
capital into social capital. Researchers analyze the function of business relations along three dimensions: activities, actors and resources. The correlations between business relations, which appeared as the result of the linkage of cooperation, are considered to be secondary network functions by them. The publication presents the importance of organizational efficiency and network relations. The paper aims to analyze the three types of capital within the framework of network context and to indicate the linkage points.
