Absztrakt

The study focuses on the characteristics of successful leaders exploration. The current study contains the results of a student survey data. The samples are 150 items. The students had to evaluate a total of 28 properties. The averages fall between 4 and 6 on a scale of six. Almost equal importance is given to the listed properties. Averages for the total sample stated that the least important attributes are influence and careful. In contrast, the most important motivation, intelligence and responsibility they held. Significant differences were detected in a total of 16 properties between the sexes. They are: energy – activity, task-specific knowledge, responsibility, cooperation, tolerance, motivation, confidence, conscientiousness, open-minded, pleasant character, introspection, intelligence, influence, achievement-orientated, social intelligence and emotional intelligence. Women of all properties were assessed higher averages than men except for the influence.
