Absztrakt

The Japanese companies’ success directed the attention to the importance of the organizational culture. They could adapt its historical past and infiltrate the economy because of cultural values steadily and adapt to enviroment changes into one in a faster beat. The political reform, the multinational companies’ appearence made the examination of the organizational culture necessary in Hungary and flash on the importance of the organizational inner communication in connection with that. The cultural differencies put the question of the corporate culture into the focus of the researches even more. I look for the answer the study, that it passed the organization’s culture and its communication changed during 25 years. Did this change have an effect on the companies’ efficiency? I examine the cultural network, then one of the elements of the organizational culture, and the form of appearence of this- the informal communication network.
