Absztrakt

In the ISO 9001:2015 standard, the risk-based thinking was a requirement. During the designation of risks and opportunities the risk of human resources can not be ignoerd. The current article objcetive is to show which are those human resources management (HRM) functions that are on the one hand subsudizing the operation of the quality management system (QMS) also on the other hand can deflate the HR risks. Under my research I looked at the relations of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and the HRM functions. Recognition of these relations helped me to converge the relevant proponent HRM functions for the quality management system. I analysed QMS from the aspect of relevant HRM functions, to have a clear view of their current relations how they contribute to the risk-based thinking and also how they deflate the HR risks. The deep study of identifing these relations can support the company to understand how and wich human resource function can support the success of quality management system and also to serve requirements.
