Absztrakt

Through an analysis of some works of Transylvanian Hungarian literature, the paper presents the clash of social and power narratives from different fields of Law and Literature research. It tries to demonstrate that they influenced, albeit indirectly, the political system of the time and, indirectly, the legal system. By means of a textual analysis and by presenting the philosophy of the literary works cited, it explores the aspects of the relationship between the individual and (State) power that can be interpreted from the point of view of constitutional law. The paper seeks to prove the thesis that fiction can have a significant impact on constitutional thinking and the constitutional definition of the political system by demonstrating the possible intersections between literary and legal interpretations of reality, fiction and absurdity.
