Absztrakt

In case of analysis of justice’s uniformitiy the investigation of special courts is inevitable. In this treatise I intend to review 20th century development of a special court wich dealed with usury cases. I elaboreted subtantive and procedural regulation wich have reference to usury. The legal historical significance and speciality of usury courts may be characterised by a dichotomy because it had civil and criminal competences. The origin of dichotomy ensue from legal institution of usury. The procreation and competence-increase of usury court was principally originated in two World Wars.
