Absztrakt

In Hungary the modern judicial system was based on the Act IV of 1869, which separated the administration and jurisdiction. In the modern Europe, the specialised courts are used by several countries. The study aims to identify the most important specialised courts in the hungarian legal history, with special emphasis on:Military Courts, Labour Courts; Administrative courts and Patent Court.
