Az alzálogjog mint sajátos zálogjogi konstrukció a magyar magánjogban

Absztrakt

Transferring claims is very important in modern economies. In the last couple of years legal issues related to the assignments secured by lien came into view. Not only the transferring of claims became crucial for the purposes of providing credit but also pledging. This is the reason why we find justifiable to examine the pledging of claims in the Hungarian law. Especially, the pledging of claims secured by pledge is a new field, which has escaped the attention of the Hungarian legal literature. This paper deals with this issue and also the institution of the sub-pledge. We also find justifiable the introduction of the legal history because we believe that the law in force becomes better understandable. The paper ends with the introduction of the most recent legal drafting attempts on sub-pledge.
