Abstract

Interrelations among food consumption, nutrition, health and sustainability are examined in the article. Sustainable development or sustainability, although its existence is argued, is issue of the United Nations and research field to find solutions to solve global problems in many countries in the world. Food supply is a vital need so to comply with it for long time period can only be on way of sustainability. Food consumption, healthy diet and expectation of sustainable development should be in coherence to each other. Day by day it is on a more stable that nutrition in paleolithic times has effect on healthy food consumption, Thus eating in paleolithic era, written about in the article, had effected not only on development of man but on food consumption of our days. The main question is healthy diet is in positive correlation to sustainability, is it true?
