Abstract

During our research, we invèstigated a vineyard. We analysed the post-maturation processes, the main steps, problems and solutions of vintage and salesmanship. By making a simple calculation, we have summed up the expenditures and earnings. Because of the one of authors is the relative of the owner, she was able to answer personally for all questions. After our conclusions, we have made proposals, in order to reduce the problems.
