Abstract

I examined the humán resources of a cattle farm a medium-sized rural enterprise. First Iobserved the work organization. I collected data of production conceming matériái and humán factorsand I analysed the labour productivity indicators. I found that the labour productivity indicatorsdeteriorate by reducing of the cow livestock. I propose to increase the livestock in order to improvethe labour productivity indicators.
