Abstract

Application of novel materials such as aluminium foams can have many difficulties. The application of metal foams as base materials have many positive effects. Increased rigidity is a very beneficial attribute in the case of various machine parts and structures. Reduced pollutant emission due weight reduction is another beneficial attribute for vehicles. However their application involves many difficulties In the absence of sufficient knowledge. In the absence of sufficient knowledge. Investigations of these materials must be made in order to get to know the properties of these substances. We would like to highlight the characteristics of arc welding on aluminium foams and to study their behaviour during welding in this article.
