Assessment of Student Competence and Knowledge Needs Among Students of University of Szeged Faculty of Engineering

Abstract

We have conducted a questionnaire survey among full-time students of the Faculty of Engineering. The survey is part of a four-year long survey where the aim is to assess the competences and the future purposes of students of the Faculty. Another goal of the survey is to provide a comprehensive picture of students’ competencies and knowledge needs for the development of trainings which include the renewal of the educational methodology and the development of a learning outcome-based approach at the University of Szeged.
