Regards croisés sur la Seconde Guerre mondiale dans la littérature algérienne d’expression française
Main Article Content
Abstract
The relationship between the events of the Second World War and Algerian literature written in French becomes apparent through an anthropological reading of the works of Kateb Yacine, Mohamed Dib, and Yasmina Khadra. Their writings function as national archives and authentic testimonies of a fiction deeply rooted in a historical and cultural context specific to Algeria. The findings of the qualitative study highlight the multiple and complex interactions between the writer, the collective memory of their community, and world history marked by military conflicts, identity tensions, and revolutionary dynamics.
