Absztrakt

This paper seeks to examine the socialization within large-enterprises located
in Northern Freat Plain Region. Firstly, the different definitions of organizational
socialization and the importance of organizational culture in the process are analyzed.
The second part of this article presents the circumstances of a questionnaire-based
examination. The examination aimed to discover the onboarding process within
large-enterprises from different perspectives. Two questions of the questionnaire were used for this paper. Cluster-analysis and cross tab analysis were used for this article to find connection between the supervisor's activity and new employees' loyalty. The results showed that there is a strong connection between these two factors. The most important consequence of the presented results is that supervisors should pay more attention to onboarding, especially within organizations without mentor program.
