Absztrakt

The family business isn't just an ordinary business. The family and business life are intertwined. International research in the European Union showed that the proportion of family businesses 70-80%. These companies provide 40-50% of the jobs. Typically, most of them are micro and small enterprises. The employee is been different attitude based on family member or non-family member. It appears for example fast foward, trust, salary. The answer have looked for in my researche, that this different attitude is displayed in the performance appraisal, and measurement. My research method was to analyze own survey which consists of 207-piece sample taken from SME family business, review the Hungarian and international literature, process other opinions of Hungarian expert of family business and examine international survey made by KPMG.
