Absztrakt

Adventure parks have growing role in recreation and tourism. The quality of services
is determined by the workforce, which is displayed as a value for the employer.
Our aim was to examine the development of the human resources supply of the domestic
market-leading adventure parks. We conducted interviews with the leaders of the
park about the recruitment, selection and integration process. We were curious about the similarities in the field of HR management with other service providers and whether there is any specialty for adventure parks. The most common recruitment method is the use of online interfaces and employee recommendations. The most important competencies are personality, communication, teamwork, high load capacity, acknowledge of the adventure park, language skills, appearance, creativity, autonomy and the existence of special knowledge.
