Absztrakt

This paper focuses on the companies social responsibility in employment and purchasing workers. The article introduces the main factors of human resource management in organizations. We discuss in detailed the areas of HR is responsible for employment, which relate to the initial recognition of the employees in the organization. HR professionals must ensure equality of opportunity and discrimination exemption in relation to employment. The organisation’s HR management and staffresponsiblefor recruitment, selection of employees, who are contribute the companies diversity. The host-minded, diverse organization brings out the best of employees, and therefore it is not only equal opportunities, but also an economic issue, and even the economic and financial interests as well. Many organizations have already realized the diversity in the workplace makes employees more creative and loyal, so the diversity in the workplace should be considered as value. I try to answer the following research questions: (1) What is the relationship between social responsibility and good jobs? (2) What activities can ensure HR is responsible for employment? (3) What factors influence the corporate staff procurement process? (4) What are the main features of the procurement staff to ensure diversity? I present this article in addition to the literature processing in the main results and conclusions of a focus group interviews in connection with the study subjects.
