A magyar gabonaexport szállítmányozási trendjei

Absztrakt

The agriculture is one of the traditional sectors of the Hungarian national economy even if its importance decreased after the Soviet regime collapsed and during the transitional period of the 90’s as well. The export-import balance of the sector has shown positive numbers during the past years and the sector has contributed positively to the country’s foreign trade balance. The different grain and oil seed products of the Hungarian agriculture are solving as important raw materials for both the domestic and the regional agro food sector. The huge volume of the different agricultural bulk products has significant effect on the national industry. In Hungary in case of bulk product transportation when we are speaking about export, the players of the sector should take into consideration the road, the rail and river transport options. In the paper the authors examine the actual situation and trends which are visible in case of the transportation of the Hungarian grain products’ export during the past decade with the help of the data of different forwarders and statistical offices.
