Absztrakt

Rural development means the development of economic, social, cultural, ecological factors, where the economic quality of the examined region and the living standards of those living there is growing. In the course of this development, however, the ecological factors of the region and the natural resources of its environment are preserved and protected. Organic agriculture strives to comply with these factors, but not in order to meet these expectations, but in the course of its development a little bit ahead of its age, to the point of not only protecting the environment but also making it even better. The purpose of biodynamic farming was this. The organic branches of the line were left behind in the avoidance of chemical use and the failure to fertilize, but they have already achieved protection of the environment. Writing along the functions of rural areas, the answer is to find out how organic agriculture is at this stage competitive in this respect in addition to the traditional agricultural sectors. Organic farming is one of the solutions of sustainable agriculture, but the ecological plant must be able to stand in the market. In addition, it must also respond to functions that rural areas demand from it. Organic agriculture is capable of delivering the functions of rural areas and thus one of the solutions to rural development. In order to exploit this potential and to spread it more widely, it has to overcome existing obstacles. One of the most important of these obstacles is that the circulation of organic products only grows in developed western countries year after year, and in Hungary is not a significant decline in rural areas. And in all agricultural production, It takes approx. 5% of the share in a good case. One of the main reasons for the fall in turnover is the decline in household spending on food, with particular reference to amounts spent on organic products.
