Absztrakt

The purpose of this study is to establish that CXC 2011 introduced by the Public Education Act and Decree 326/2013. The pedagogical career model detailed in Government Decree (Implementation of Act XXXIII of 1992 on the Promotion System of Teachers and the Status of Public Employees in Public Institutions) has achieved its purpose. As a result, have teachers become more motivated? I want to get an answer on how satisfied they are with the career model, how it is structured and the tasks that it entails and the salaries that are essential for proper motivation. I want to see and show if the career model has a deterrent effect on teachers not leaving the teaching profession for other, possibly better paid, jobs in the private sector. Beyond the general belief, I want to investigate whether different opinions may be related to, for example, gender, age, place of residence, career time, or whether different groups of educators have similar views on the impact of the promotion system on their work; currently the teacher career model makes it. I surveyed teachers' opinions with questionnaires. 6124 questionnaires were filled out with the help of which I answered the questions to be examined by statistical methods. In-depth interviews with educators provide a better understanding of the issues. Using the results of the research, there is an opportunity to improve and refine the teaching career model.
