Egyensúlyfejlesztés a TRX Suspension Trainer használatával fiatal felnőttek körében

Abstract
Maintaining coordination and balance is essential for performing everyday functions. Our study aimed to examine the effects of a balance training program using the TRX Suspension Trainer. This system requires users to control their body weight across multiple planes of motion and joints while gradually increasing instability during the exercises. Fifteen participants (mean age 22.5 ± 1.5 years) completed an 8-week training program. Following baseline assessments and a physical activity questionnaire, balance-related parameters were measured using the NeuroCom Basic Balance Master and the Star Excursion Balance Test. Additional tests, both with and without the TRX system, were used to evaluate functional core strength. By the end of the training program, participants reported an improved subjective sense of balance and increased physical activity levels. Statistically significant improvements (p ≤ 0.05) were observed in TRX-based tests, as well as in the ability to hold the plank position. Our findings support the efficacy of TRX-based training in improving balance and core strength, making it a justified tool for application across various age groups.
