Abstract

Nowadays, with the advancement of information technology, we are entering a new industrial revolution and a new economic cycle. This affects all areas of the economy and society, including industry, the food industry, services, education, health, etc. Development brings new products (smart), new technologies (smart) and new organizations (smart). These areas must be compatible with each other. The dissertation deals with the above process, highlighting the food economy. It states that new products induce new technologies and even new forms of organization, one of which is the emergence of global networks. The real globalization has been and is enabled by the advancement of information technology in the production, market, science and economy. By linking nature to the nature and its specific relationship with the market, the food economy is gaining new opportunities through digitization. This will also help to address the food problems caused by the growing number of mankind.
