Some Relationships of Choosing a University Study Programme Based on Its Knowledge and Presumed Labour Market Value

Abstract

Under logistics, taken in a broader sense, we mean a type of management approach that is called to promote a company's specialist relationship and their optimization. In today's consumer society, meeting needs and being available at the right place and time are key. This branch of science requires multi-faceted and complex thinking. The study focuses on the extent to which future university students and their immediate environment are aware of the content of the chosen profession in the case of the logistics engineering profession highlighted in the study, to what extent the location of the training influences the decision, and how well-known the appearance of logistics training is in Hungarian higher education. We cover the labour market value of the training and the specialization opportunities. After the training, placement in the labour market is also part of our study.
