"Everyone is gifted at something" 2013 is the year of Hungarian school children abroad

Abstract

The school choice of Hungarian minority pupils' is one of the most essential question in the strategy of Hungarian National Policy in Hungarian communities abroad. According to this Ministry of Public Administration and justice organizes various programmes this year in the Carpathian Basin. One part of the „ Year of the Hungarian Primary Schools 2013" program focuses on the minority language education and the minority school choice motivations. For this reason, this study shows one practicable and new way that can make an impression on school choice in these countries. This special pedagogical program based on a Hungarian Fairy Tale and as a project („Everybody has talent for something!") contens five creative games from the reading-practice to music.
