Absztrakt

Számos ipari folyamatban alapvető fontosságú a reaktánsoknak a gázfázisból a folyadékfázisba történő átvitele. Ezekre a folyamatokra többféle tömegátviteli reaktortípus létezik, például csőreaktorok, ezeken belül spirálisan tekercselt csövek. Jelen tanulmányban a gáz-folyadék kétfázisú áramlási rendszert modellezzük egy alapáramlások vizsgálatára alkalmas reaktortípus modellben. A levegőbuborékok áramlási vizsgálatát kísérleti úton, optikai mérési módszerrel vizsgáljuk. Az optikai méréstechnika összeállítása és a speciális beállítási paraméterek tesztelését is elvégeztük. A mérési eredmények kiértékelése során speciális MATLAB programot használtuk. A tanulmányban bemutatjuk a kiértékelés során alkalmazott beállításokat, illetve az eredmények alapján megfigyelhető áramlási képeket. Eredményeink alapján az összeállított mérőrendszer alkalmas a buborékáramlások megfelelő vizsgálatára.
