Az élelmiszerpazarlás csökkentésének jövője, kérdései és megoldásai az élelmiszeriparban

Absztrakt

A tanulmány célja az élelmiszeripari hulladékképződés komplex okainak feltárása és azoknak a technológiai, ipari és fogyasztói tényezőknek az azonosítása, amelyek meghatározó szerepet játszanak a pazarlás mérséklésében. A kutatás kvalitatív és kvantitatív szakirodalmi elemzésre épült, különös tekintettel az ipari innovációk, a digitális hulladékmérési rendszerek, valamint a biológiai kezelési technológiák, mint a komposztálás és az anaerob lebontás hatékonyságára. Az eredmények azt mutatják, hogy az intelligens eszközökkel támogatott monitoring rendszer, a vállalati folyamatoptimalizálás és a fogyasztói viselkedés befolyásolása együttesen képes jelentősen csökkenteni az élelmiszerhulladék mennyiségét. A vizsgálat rámutat arra is, hogy az ipari melléktermékek értéknövelő technológiákon keresztüli hasznosítása új lehetőségeket teremt az energia- és tápanyag-visszaforgatásban, ezáltal erősítve a körforgásos gazdasági rendszerek fenntarthatóságát. A kutatás összegzése szerint a hatékony élelmiszerhulladék-csökkentés több szektor összehangolt együttműködését, valamint a megelőzésre és újrahasznosításra épülő, innovációalapú stratégiai szemléletet igényel.
