Abstract

In case study a middle size trade pharmacy located in rural area stock level and procurement optimization is the goal at the best cost-efficiency level. Nowadays pharmacy has 1 month quantity stock and for procurement just one whole trader is responsible. In this paper is underlined a possible solution (JIT) for logistic problem, which can help increase efficiency of stock management of the pharmacy.
