Abstract

In order to facilitate the transition from kindergarten to school, the institution of the Szeged ÓVI is open to getting to know the opinions of teachers and accepting modern pedagogical perspectives. In the system of public education, children’s personalities and competencies are constantly developing, for which we are trying to further “fine-tune” the support system with the teachers of Juhász Gyula Practice School and Elementary Arts School of SZTE and renew the practice.
The pedagogues of the two institutions have a common goal of strengthening basic skills and key competencies, including talent management. We share the openness to innovation, the need for cooperation, and, if necessary, a change in outlook and attitude.
The Pedagogy Program of our institution takes into account the diversity of children, the special learning and educational needs, ensures the goals and tasks of overcoming disadvantages, but also points to the care of children with special abilities.
A useful and value-conveying, consciously organized and planned professional meeting promotes the realization of a harmonious kindergarten-school transition.
