Abstract

This study attempts to discover the basic elements of the multiple-root method of Non Violent Communication, then to exhibit its implementation and best usage in the field of school via richly illustrated by case studies. The importance of this topic is underlines by its role in the school mental hygiene that we touch shortly along with a brief methodological review and then finally we reach to the point to introduce NVC as a sucesfully used interventive method in the world of school psychology practice. The case studies, and the notes of real life mediation form secondary school that are take place at the end of this study illustrate excellently the operation of NVC process technique focusing on emotions and inner needs applying with the traditionally factful and emotionless mediation method.
