Abstract

In their article, the authors discuss the concept and characteristics of generations and their attitudes in the workplace. With the primary research 2022-23, they seek answers to the question with whom each generation in the labour market works together and with whom they are willing to share their knowledge. The survey was conducted via the internet in the form of quantitative research. The authors used their own questionnaire, the reliability of which was tested using the Spearman-Brown test. The results show that intergenerational cooperation is positively present in companies, although some generations prefer working with certain age groups to a lesser extent than with other generations.
