Abstract

In my study, which is based on my OTDK thesis (Kassai, 2025), we examined the informal learning processes of three recruitment divisions (Technical, IT, Corporate-SSC) of a headhunting company in Budapest using qualitative methods. Our aim was to map the factors that facilitate informal learning, such as collaboration, feedback, and knowledge sharing. Based on focus group interviews, we analyzed the similarities and differences between the divisions with the help of ATLAS.ti. Our results may contribute to the development of organizational strategies that support learning.
